Working hours are 9am-5pm with half an hour for lunch. All overtime is paid accordingly.

We have 50 people working in our factory with a range of ages from 22 to 55.
NO CHILDREN WORK IN OUR FACTORY.

Our workers are entitled to both maternity and sick leave, nobody is fired on the grounds of pregnancy or sickness.

Women and men are treated equally and paid the same salary.

In 2007 Nepal introduced a minimum monthly wage which is 4600rs/month, in practice many factories pay their staff less than this!

THE LOWEST WAGE IN OUR FACTORY IS 7100RS/MONTH - The more orders we take the more people we can employ!
