I just received my 80% Bamboo 20% Cashmere stole, and I’m amazed at how beautifully soft and incredibly smooth it is. Weightier than your cashmere, drapes exceptionally well, having about 10 or so of your cashmere pashmina's, I am also absolutely delighted with this one too, a bit more of a sheen to the fabric, but only slightly so, I would highly recommend this fibre to others to try.

Thank you – my pashmina shawls arrived this morning. The quality is superb – I don’t know how you can provide such lovely shimmering jewel-like colours for the money you charge. I want one in almost every colour!

I purchased from Mypashmina because your web-site is easy to navigate, the colours you offer are beautiful, you offer a variety of sizes, you say that you are an ethical and fair trade company, you promise a good after-sales service if anything isn’t quite right and you publish up to date testimonials from customers, even ones where things haven’t gone quite right and an exchange has had to be made. When I phoned you to order a real human being answered! So far, I haven’t been disappointed.

Unfortunately the burgundy one wasn’t quite the colour I had hoped, (which a problem with colours trying to “match” colours on computer screens) and I have returned it to you by recorded delivery with the returns form and a request for an alternative colour – amethyst, please. Although I posted it this morning (Saturday) it won’t be collected from the local post office until Monday, so you won’t receive it back until Tuesday or Wednesday. The wedding I want to wear it at isn’t until 14th, so there is plenty of time. I hope that I have got it right with the colour this time!

I would just like to compliment you on your returns policy. As you know I originally order a pashmina in New Wheat. I received and returned this on Tuesday. Today is Saturday and I have received the replacement. I am incredibly impressed that this was done so quickly, with little fuss and with no extra cost to me. I wish that I received this level of customer service all the time! Sadly, the reverse is usually the case.

Just had to let you know how delighted I was with the "duck egg" colour scarf that arrived today. You know I am a regular customer - but I have to say this must be the most gorgeous colour I've ever bought from you. I can see why it would be popular. But colour aside, it was also the softest 100% pash I've had yet; and at this stage I only buy 100% unless its a gift for someone (I think most people seem to go for 70/30) and happily this gorgeous item was for me!

Never done this before, but felt I really must thank you for the astounding level of service I have received:

Left it too late to order really (last Saturday) and hoped it would get here by Friday ( for 18th birthday) ... it arrived on Wed. Colour wasn't what I'd wanted - spoke to Paul who advised me on an appropriate exchange and to return it. Explained the Friday time constraint and offered to purchase a second and return the original for a refund.

Paul assured me he would send me the replacement anyway ... and he did!
Thursday morning I have the correct colour in my hand - amazing - believe me, I will sing your praises. The original is in the post and should reach you tomorrow - thank you so much :-)

I forgot to tell you something very exciting- life is a bit manic at the moment. We had a call from Asparagus publications on Friday asking to feature us as the stationery supplier for the region on a cdrom they are doing. They had searched the net, particularly liked our website, that it was easy on the eye, easy to navigate and simple! oh and it also got a mention at David's mum's meeting where she is chair(i think) of the cheshire home committee. Apparently they had some expert in who picks holes in lots of things and said their website is rubbish. She apparently flagged ours up as being very straightforward and classy!

I called you the other day about a projected delivery date for a pashima I ordered as a gift for my wife, which you told me had been shipped already.
Imagine my embarrassment when 30 minutes later my neighbour called with a package that had arrived early that morning while I was out. You’ve guessed it – it was the pashmina!!
Taking into account that I had ordered it after midnight on the previous day and it arrived approximately 36 hours later in a rural Ireland – this had to be the best delivery ever in around 10 years of internet shopping.

In my excitement I forgot to mention one thing - the shawl cost me CND$ 109 or thereabouts after the exchange - MUCH cheaper than shawls featured on US and Canadian sites (of course, this particular one was on sale, but a normal price would still come in much cheaper than anything else I have seen).

She did very well at university and unfortunately was in India for her graduation, so I bought, in a wonderful Kashmiri shop in Shimla, a beautiful paisley pashmina as a congratulations/guilt present. At Christmas time this year she had her handbag stolen from her in the street – with the pashmina in it of course. We were all very upset as it was so unusual and of such sentimental value. Now we have replaced it so satisfactorily we are all very pleased!

Dear Paul, Just wanted to confirm I received my Pashminas (over a week ago !) and they are lovely colours. I had never bought a 100% before - only 70/30. The 100% are much "fluffier" and less "rigid" than the 70/30s and are almost not as "smart" to look at. I might go back to 70/30 next time !! is that the silk that does the "smart" trick ??
