Without her advice I'd have bought black or grey to be safe but the sea grass is perfect and so much nicer that black would have been.

I ordered a pure cashmere shawl to take on my holidays to Jordan and it was a brilliant and versatile addition to my holiday wardrobe.

Whilst others came with fleeces I was able to adapt my Pashmina to the every changing needs of the holiday - a warm blanket against the cold desert night or when dealing with fierce Air-Con, a discreet head scarf for visiting religious sites, a cushion for bumpy jeep rides and an elegant shawl for evening trips to local restaurants.

I am really delighted with the lovely pashminas. They feel beautifully soft, and they look a million miles from the thin, creased, shiny ones you can come across elsewhere. The colours are gorgeous, though using the sample book may be helpful in case your computer screen gives the wrong impression. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you – my pashmina shawls arrived this morning. The quality is superb – I don’t know how you can provide such lovely shimmering jewel-like colours for the money you charge. I want one in almost every colour!

I purchased from Mypashmina because your web-site is easy to navigate, the colours you offer are beautiful, you offer a variety of sizes, you say that you are an ethical and fair trade company, you promise a good after-sales service if anything isn’t quite right and you publish up to date testimonials from customers, even ones where things haven’t gone quite right and an exchange has had to be made. When I phoned you to order a real human being answered! So far, I haven’t been disappointed.

Unfortunately the burgundy one wasn’t quite the colour I had hoped, (which a problem with colours trying to “match” colours on computer screens) and I have returned it to you by recorded delivery with the returns form and a request for an alternative colour – amethyst, please. Although I posted it this morning (Saturday) it won’t be collected from the local post office until Monday, so you won’t receive it back until Tuesday or Wednesday. The wedding I want to wear it at isn’t until 14th, so there is plenty of time. I hope that I have got it right with the colour this time!

My Pashmina arrived on Thursday. The colour is absolutely beautiful, like crushed blueberries and blackberries and it is as soft and luscious as all my previous pashminas from you. Thanks so much, it was very much worth waiting for and I love it. I am hoping to buy another ring shawl pashmina in spring/summer, and am trying to decide on the right colour! I compared the pashmina I purchased from Mypashmina to the very expensive Portolano ones sold at Holt Renfrew. To me, the quality is the same - the size, fabric content, hand feel, knotted fringes.
