Why cashmere at Christmas
A pashmina is one of the few presents that needs no size and no guessing. Nothing in the parcel shows a price, so it can go straight to the person receiving it, with your message printed on the slip. Bespoke pieces are woven to order in Kathmandu, so they are the ones to order first.
Exchanging a present
A present from us can be exchanged for a different colour, size or style. You have 30 days from the day the parcel was delivered to tell us, and we can allow up to 45 days if you ask. It should be unused, and you pay the postage to send it back. You do not need the order number.
- Tell us: chat with us or email hello@mypashmina.co.uk. Give us the name of the person who ordered it, the postcode it was delivered to, what it is and what you would like instead.
- We check that what you would like is available and confirm any price difference or extra delivery cost.
- Post it back unused, normally within 14 days of telling us, with a note inside giving the same name and postcode and what you would like instead. The address is on our returns page.
- When it has arrived and been checked, we send the replacement.
If you would rather have a refund, it normally goes back to the payment method used for the order. Bespoke pieces are made to order and have their own rules, also on the returns page.
