Really unhappy – felt like I’ve been scammed – my daughter is turning 30 and she loves blue and green but I was sent some random colour that looks nothing like the photo above
Wrong colour sent. I have sent 2 emails and left message on answerphone ( which was lucky as most of the time the phone lines just say busy) . A response would be good….. disappointed.
Unfortunately when this cardigan arrived it was black with cream stars – phoned and bizarrely was told the colours on the website might not be true to life 😳 had to return it as it was clearly another cardigan!
Terrible customer service! Paid for 100% guaranteed next day delivery and it arrived 5 days later! Have rung and emailed but no reply. Returned the pashmina as disgusted with company and am now waiting for refund. Terrible company will never use again.
