Ordered a piece made for you? A link in your order email and in your account opens a page that shows each step, from the workshop in Kathmandu to your door, with the dates we expect. If a date moves, you’ll see both the new date and the old one.

Where a colour’s name doesn’t make the shade obvious, the product name now adds it, such as Fig (purple).

On a phone, Add to basket keeps you on the product and confirms it’s in, and the basket icon takes you straight to your basket.

A few days after your order is sent, we email to ask what you think, and you can review each piece on one page. We send one reminder at most.

Going back from a product to the list puts you exactly where you were.
If a size isn’t made in your colour, the pashmina’s page links to having it made to order in that colour and size.

Why bespoke silk pashminas were paused
Update: Since 15 September, bespoke cashmere and silk pashminas can be ordered again.
Monsoon landslides blocked the road to Tatopani, one of Nepal’s main trade crossings from China, and our weaver’s suppliers stopped quoting a price for silk yarn. Rather than promise dates we couldn’t keep, or switch to a different yarn, we paused bespoke orders with silk.
