Not what I ordered but dealt with promptly

Lovely soft cashmere. Bought for a present and haven’t given it yet. Only reservation is colour in reality looks a little different. Might I suggest that for obscure colour names you might in brackets give a more accurate description. As you can see from my Photo the colours are not the same. A more accurate description would be ‘taupe’

Lovely stole but wrong colour it appears lighter than this picture below so I had to exchange it and they sent a swatch book and reordered correct one. Delivery was very quick both times.

The scarf material was thin and not as voluminous as the photograph, therefore not very warm around the neck. Not happy with the item, it is is over priced.

I ordered the swatchbook and discovered that I'd been sent the wrong colour in my original pashmina order. It was supposed to be teal but Parisian Blue is the closest match. I had to pay £16 for a swatchbook to find that out. I won't buy from them again.

Very happy with my purchase. The 34” was figure hugging and the sleeves a little too tight. I re-ordered the 36” and it fits so well. Excellent shade of grey, warmth and softness. The cable pattern on the front and sleeves add to the interest. Return was swiftly dealt with and reimbursed. Delivery as always is so fast.

Colour was a great match, the sheen on of he photo is a bit misleading as the product is more a matt finish, but still gorgeous!
